New American Dimensions is seeking immediate talent to be part of a dynamic multicultural research environment. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, creative, and well rounded. Solid critical thinking skills and fluency in a second language are a plus. Candidates should possess some broad experience in marketing, research, and a strong understanding and appreciation of U.S. Hispanic and Ethnic cultures.

Currently, we have three positions open:

Director of Research Operations

This position will oversee all field research operations for both quantitative and qualitative projects. Position will require interaction and management of vendor relationships, ensure the smooth transition between research design and execution, oversee all research processes and procedures, validate data collection and recruitment methodologies, and ensure overall quality control of final results. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, task-minded, and self-motivated.

Proficient bilingual speakers and persons with 3+ years in marketing/research experience are preferred.

Quantitative Research Manager

The individual in this position will manage quantitative research projects for high-level Fortune 500 clientele in consumer packaged goods, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and automotive fields. Candidates must have experience with survey design, questionnaire development, data collection, data analysis, and report writing. Individuals in this position will interact with important client relationships, and apply creative and imaginative insights to data interpretation and analysis. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, verbal and writing skills, and solid statistical or quantitative credentials.

Candidates with 3+ years in marketing/quantitative research/statistical analysis are preferred.

Qualitative Research Manager/Moderator

The individual in this position will manage qualitative research projects for high level Fortune 500 clientele in consumer packaged goods, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and automotive fields. Candidates must have experience with focus group moderation, group facilitation and recruitment methods, ethnographic research, discussion guide development, qualitative research insights and analysis, and report writing. Position will interact with important vendor and client relationships, and must apply creative and imaginative insights to qualitative research results. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, verbal and writing skills, solid qualitative research credentials, and sterling people skills.
